Concept Memos & Bidirectional Autocomplete Links

Linkiige version 0.2 introduces Concept Memos, allowing you to attach permanent definitions and summaries directly to concepts, separate from individual replies. We've also added bidirectional related hashtag links using [[ autocomplete suggestions inside any note editor.
